PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation mullion capable of efficiently carrying out indoor ventilation by nicely taking in outdoor wind. SOLUTION: The ventilation mullion is characterized by that it is equipped with a hollow mullion body 1 connected to right and left walls W, and a hollow outdoor side protruding part 2 protruding on an outdoor side more than the walls W and communicated with the mullion body 1, the outdoor side protruding part 2 has an outside air intake 7 in one side face in a horizontal direction, the mullion body 1 has an air inlet 8 opened on an indoor side and an outside air inflow amount adjusting plate 3, and the outside air inflow amount adjusting plate 3 is energized so as to fully open a passage S when there is no inflow of outside air.
