PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel diaphragm for a conservator, and to provide an oil-immersed electric apparatus using the same. SOLUTION: The diaphragm for the conservator has a multiple-membrane structure composed of at least a membrane formed of a synthetic resin film or a sheet having a gas shutout property and a film formed of synthetic fiber fabric having mechanical strength.
