PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus with a shielding function in which its whole housing can be thinned. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus is provided with a plurality of housing structure components constituting the housing and a housing case which couples the confronted first case 30b and second case and stores the housing structure components. Each housing structure component comprises a circuit board 51 on which an electronic component 52 is mounted and a metal frame 6 surrounding the electronic component 52 mounted on a mounting face 51a of the circuit board 51. The first case 30b is provided with a shielding part 7 arranged on a mounting face 51a-side in the circuit board 51 so as to cover the electronic component 52. A part of or the whole shielding part 7 is formed of a metal.
