PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store information which is highly likely to be read next in a primary storage device in advance under the consideration of the characteristics of the operation of each user. SOLUTION: This information readout system includes: an information readout part 11 for reading information from a primary storage device 2 or a secondary storage device 3, and for writing the information read from the secondary storage device 3 in the primary storage device 2, and for using the information read out of the primary storage 2 as readout information; a look-ahead information selection part 13 for selecting information relevant to the readout information as information which can be read out of the primary storage device 2 next to the readout information, and for using this as look-ahead information; a readout look-ahead history storage device 4 for storing the readout information and the look-ahead information as a set, and for storing the frequency of the readout of the look-ahead information by the information reading part 11 as the frequency of successful look-ahead; a look-ahead control part 14 for preferentially selecting look-ahead information with the large frequency of successful look-ahead; and an information look-ahead part 15 for storing the look-ahead information selected by the look-ahead control part 14 from the secondary storage device 3, and for storing it in the primary storage device 2.
