PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent intrusion of bacteria to cutting and grafted seedling by miniaturizing a particle size in an ultrafine particle spraying humidification device. SOLUTION: In this centrifugal spraying humidification device comprising a fluid supply mechanism at a lower portion of a casing 1, a suction hole 12 and a supply opening 2 at its upper portion, further a driving mechanism B and a centrifugal spraying mechanism C, a water pipe 25 of the fluid supply mechanism A faces the centrifugal spraying mechanism, the centrifugal spraying mechanism is composed of a supporting plate 15 disposed on a top plate at a lower portion at an interval, a winged air distribution plate 19 fixed to the driving mechanism, an eliminator 17 constituted by surrounded by a number of collision pieces disposed at an upper part of the air distribution plate, and a rotating plate 20 disposed at an upper part of the eliminator, and an opening of the water pipe faces a surface of the rotating plate.
