PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new compound which can be used as an excellent agent for treating or preventing pollakiuria or aconurosis because of having a remarkably high aconurosis-treating effect than those of conventional compounds. SOLUTION: Provided are an amide derivative represented by formula or its pharmaceutically acceptable acid adduct; a medicine containing the amide derivative or its pharmaceutically acceptable acid adduct; and an agent for treating or preventing pollakiuria or aconurosis, containing the amide derivative represented by formula or its pharmaceutically acceptable acid adduct.
