PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle structure of a fuel cell system enabling a fuel cell and a power control unit to be effectively mounted on a vehicle by a novel configuration. SOLUTION: Both the fuel cell 20 and the power control unit 30 are installed between left and right side-members 6. The fuel cell 20 and the power control unit 30 are then directly installed on the existing side-members 6 which form vehicle body skeleton members without a frame for installation.
