PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glove box suppressing the frosting of an ampoule, an ampoule receiving device, and/or a freezing storage container, when taking the ampoule or the ampoule receiving device in and out the freezing storage container. SOLUTION: The glove box 1 comprises a storage section 1a and a taking in and out workspace section 1b, wherein the storage section 1a contains the freezing storage container 2, and the taking in and out workspace section 1b can be seen through from the outside. The workspace section 1b is filled with a dry gas to keep a positive pressure, and in the workspace section, taking of the ampoule receiving devices in and out the freezing storage container 2 housed in the storage section 1a, is carried out. The taking in and out workspace section 1b can also accommodate a robot for semi-automating ampoule taking in and out operations. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
