FIELD: chemistry, biochemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and concerns protein of protease NS3/4A HCV or its biologically active fragment, which contains succession, in which residue of amino acid, corresponding to amino acid 156 of protease NS3/4A HCV of wild type, is not the residue of alanine and, not obligatorily, residue of amino acid, which corresponds to aminocacid 168 of protease NS3/4A HCV of wild type, is not asparaginic acid.
