FIELD: aircraft engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering and can be used in designing new flight vehicles. Proposed flight vehicle consists of dome-shaped compartment, partition, power plant, reduction gear, rotor, vertical shaft, bearing support, coil and three bearing wheels. A build-up ring-like wing has its fixed wing attached power plant, right below aforesaid partition ceiling. The said build-up movable wing is integrated with the rotor.
