FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to area of tests at engineering surveys in transportation and technological engineering industry. The snow cover is loaded vertically by the loading application through the press tool. Development of vertical deformation of a snow cover layer is measured in a time and the instant module of deformation of a layer and parametres of experimental curves of creep are defined at least at any three values of a time of deformation t1, t2 and t3, restricted by the time of conducting of measurements. The press tool is preliminary hung out on the lever over the surface of the snow cover, touching it without pressure transfer on the layer. The loading on the press tool increasing in regular intervals, beginning from a zero value, is transferred by uniform moving across a path of displacement of the press tool of a loading cargo on the lever, and deformation development, the instant module of deformation and parametres of the creep curve are defined from joint expressions. ^ EFFECT: raise of efficiency of tests and accuracy of measurements of deformation of a snow cover developing under load. ^ 5 dwg |
