PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of improving regeneration efficiency of a deodorizing filter by uniformly efficiently heating the same, and sufficiently regenerating a deodorizing function after automatic regeneration. SOLUTION: In this air conditioner comprising a ventilating means 23 provided with the deodorizing filter 12 capable of being regenerated by heating, and a heating means 14 for regenerating the deodorizing filter 12 in an air flow channel 9 in a housing 4 comprising an indoor air suction opening 5 and a supply opening 6 for supplying the conditioned-air indoors, and discharging the odorous component removed from the deodorizing filter 12 outdoors, the deodorizing filter 12 is disposed on a filter installation frame 11 disposed in the air flow channel 9, the heating means 14 is disposed at its leeward side, and a metallic plate 17 for transferring heat, is disposed between the deodorizing filter 12 and the heating means 14.
