<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous compact such as a heat sink having high porosity. <P>SOLUTION: The heat sink 11 has pores 12 on surfaces and inside thereof and is large in surface area, wherein a plurality of copper wires 31 are coupled three-dimensionally by node portions 32 by sintering to form the pores 12 among the metal wires 31. Heat dissipation using the large surface area and heat dissipation by heat absorption through internal circulation of air are excellent, so that extremely excellent heat dissipating performance can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
