<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management system for assisting business efficiency by effectively utilizing documents irrespective of changes on the side of users. <P>SOLUTION: Access content showing the access from a user is recorded together with information for specifying the user who accesses a document associated with at least one of a plurality of predefined activity attribute information as information showing the meaning of the document in a business activity of the user. The document management system refers to the recorded information, calculates the number of activity attribute information associated with the accessed document as the total number of accesses for each access content by user, calculates a statistical value for the calculated total number of accesses, compares statistical values by user, and selects a plurality of documents determined to be similar as documents belonging to the same document group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
