<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform high-speed communication by reducing communication collisions to achieve efficient communication. <P>SOLUTION: In a communication system, a rhythm-node is installed on a communication network, the rhythm-node broadcasts an incoming communication demand message, and sequentially performs incoming communication after a predetermined standby time after a dominant-node receives the incoming communication demand message. The rhythm-node broadcasts an outgoing communication demand message, and sequentially performs outgoing communication after a predetermined standby time after the each tonic-node receives the outgoing communication demand message. The incoming communication demand message and the outgoing communication demand message are synchronized and transmitted.
