PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content sorter, a program and a recording medium, allowing high-accuracy sorting. SOLUTION: An ODE (One-Dependence Estimator) information management part calculates a probability parameter from learning data associated with a category. A simultaneous probability calculation part calculates simultaneous probability of the category and an attribute of the learning data based on the probability parameter. A weighting calculation part calculates a weighting value based on the simultaneous probability calculated by the ODE information management part. When classifying content data, the simultaneous probability calculation part calculates the simultaneous probability of the category and the attribute of the data included in the content data based on the probability parameter. A sorting part calculates whole simultaneous probability in each category by weighting the simultaneous probability calculated by each ODE by the weighting value and performing addition, and determines the category of a sorting destination of the content data based on the whole simultaneous probability of each category.
