PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting metal-fitting that facilitates work for peeling off a coating on the surface of a coated conductor wire so as to improve connection workability, and a terminal metal-fitting. SOLUTION: A coil-connecting metal-fitting part 422 is provided with a metal-fitting body 422b formed of a conductive metal, an elongated groove 422c provided in the metal-fitting body 422b and having a groove width that allows insertion of a coated conductor wire formed by coating the outer periphery of a conductor wire through its opening part, a cutting tooth part formed along the end edge part in the groove-width direction of the elongated groove 422c and formed with a plurality of teeth respectively having a shape capable of peeling off a coating, and a first locking piece 422d and a second locking piece 422e that are provided so as to lock the coated conductor wire extracted from the groove depth part of the elongated groove 422c and to allow the coated conductor wire to be cabled while folding the coated conductor wire from the extraction direction.
