PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a train radio system capable of keeping right synchronization timing even without measuring a delay time. SOLUTION: In a train radio system, a plurality of base stations 1-4 are disposed along with a railroad R, and transmission terms of radio waves are changed from each other between adjacent base stations, thereby communicating with a train T according to a single-wave broadcasting system while preventing radio interference from occurring. First of all, the base station 1 synchronize the transmission term according to a synchronizing signal supplied from a central unit 5 and in the timing to end the transmission term, a synchronizing signal representing the synchronization of the transmission term is transmitted to the next base station 2 using a radio wave M1. Next, the base station 2 synchronizes the transmission term according to the synchronizing signal received from the base station 1 and in the timing to end the transmission term, a synchronizing signal representing the synchronization of the transmission term is transmitted to the next base station 3 using a radio wave M2.
