摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce PAPR (peak to average power ratio) by phase rotation, while retaining the effect of an alignment pulley coding in MIMO (multi input multi output) transmission system employing a linear precoding of MIMO specific mode transmission, or the like. SOLUTION: The wireless communication device 10 which transmits radio signal while effecting the linear precoding treatment, employing a plurality of transmission antennas, is provided with a phase pattern control unit 12 which selects a phase pattern for reducing a ratio of peak value to average power; a phase rotation unit 13, which effects the phase turning, with respect to a modulation signal employing a phase pattern selected in the phase pattern control unit 12; a control signal producing unit 15 for producing a control signal, based on the phase pattern selected in the phase pattern control unit 12; and a precoding unit 14, which effects the linear precoding processing with respect to output signals from the phase rotation unit 13 and the control signal generation unit 15.
