PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a thin type television thin by distributingly arranging a control circuit substrate disposed at the back of a display panel structure of a thin type television into each housing of a front cabinet, a stand unit and a speaker unit. SOLUTION: A structure in which a control circuit substrate 5 disposed at the back of the display panel structure 4 of the thin type television 1 is disposed in an inner circumferential area of the front cabinet while avoiding the thickness of the display panel structure and a structure for making the thin type television thin by distributingly arranging a control circuit substrate into the housings of the stand unit 7 and the speaker unit, are adopted.
