PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high output even by an ET power supply where the power feed capacity of the ET power supply is not sufficient, and to improve efficiency further even at a low-output level in a Doherty amplifying device. SOLUTION: The Doherty amplifying device 10 has a main amplifier 1 and a peak amplifier 2 for amplifying an input signal, and turns off the peak amplifier 2 when the input signal is small and turns on the peak amplifier 2 when the input signal is large. The Doherty amplifying device 10 also has: a fixed power supply section 11 for feeding a fixed voltage Vs to the peak amplifier 2; and an envelope tracking power supply section 9 for feeding a variable voltage Vd adjusted according to the envelope amplitude level of the input signal to the main amplifier 1.
