PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trailer hitch capable of efficiently absorbing a collision load at a rear end collision or the like, and a vehicle body rear structure provided with the trailer hitch. SOLUTION: The trailer hitch is provided with right and left rear side members 12 having a vehicle body rear part of hollow rectangular cross section shapes and extending in a vehicle body longitudinal direction. The trailer hitch 20 is provided with right and left hitch side members 35 formed on the respective rear side members 12, having mounting parts 37A coupled to rear supports 14D, respectively, and having projected cross member mounting parts 36A; a cross member 22 having both ends coupled to the cross member mounting part 36A of the right and left hitch side members 35 and extending in a vehicle width direction; and a hitch ball support member 25 hung down from a central part in a vehicle width direction of the cross member 22 and supporting the hitch ball 32 while offsetting it from the cross member 22 to a lower side.
