PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle provided with a steering and driving wheel for transmitting driving force by using fluid. SOLUTION: This bicycle 2 is provided with a main frame 4, a drum 11, a steering shaft 20, the driving wheel 6 and a fluid driving device 28. The steering shaft 20 is rotatably supported on the main frame 4. The steering shaft 20 is made rotatable in relation to the drum 11. The driving wheel 6 is rotatably supported on the steering shaft 20. The fluid driving device 28 is provided with a fluid pump 30, a going passage 34, a returning passage 36 and a fluid motor 32. The going passage 34 and the returning passage 36 connect the fluid pump 30 and the fluid motor 32. The going passage 34 and the returning passage 36 are formed by being passed through the inside of the drum 11 and the inside of the steering shaft 20. Each of the going passage 34 and the returning passage 36 is provided with a swivel joint between the steering shaft 20 and the drum 11. The fluid motor 32 rotates the driving wheel 6.
