PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To join a resin layer and a silicone rubber layer with a uniform adhesive strength without pre-processing. SOLUTION: A resin layer 1 is formed of polyamide based resin, a silicone rubber layer 2 composed of silicone rubber, to which a vulcanizing agent made of organic peroxide is added, is formed to be made in contact with the resin layer 1 and vulcanized. As a result, in the boundary between the resin layer 1 and the silicone rubber layer 2, through a radical reaction by the vulcanizing agent incorporated in the peroxide vulcanizing silicone rubber of the silicone rubber layer 2, the polyamide based resin of the resin layer 1 and the peroxide vulcanizing silicone rubber of the silicone rubber layer 2 produce co-vulcanization reaction, and they are firmly joined.
