PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a universal kneecap which can prevent a user from knee ache and a cramp in muscles by cooling the knee in a cold season from autumn to spring and from falling down in fishery wherein a cramp often happens, in farming and various outdoor work, commuting, business work, mountain climbing, hiking, walking, etc. SOLUTION: The universal kneecap is fixed to the knee, then the knee is warmed by self-cleaning performance, thereby obtaining a configuration capable of preventing knee ache and the cramp of muscles caused by cooling the knee, and useful for the mitigation of shock caused by falling down.
