PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic system and a method of image display, and an image display program grasping a current position of a catheter and a running direction of a blood vessel further ahead, and supporting the operation of a next supporting device and a catheter, and promoting the efficiency of examination. SOLUTION: An X-ray tube 11 and a detector 12 are positioned opposite to a C arm 13 to enable to move the relative position toward a subject. Then an electric signal converted by the X-ray tube 11 is temporarily memorized in a memory device 23, and an image processing unit 21 and a 3D reconstruction subsystem 26 process this memorized image data in order to display a three-dimensional image. The three-dimensional image displayed on the screen of a monitor 15 of an examination room is displayed on the window together with another three-dimensional image of the different direction from the front position of the above three-dimensional image as a 3D rotating catalog image.
