PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a misfire and the deterioration in exhaust gas performance, by restraining a variation in the air-fuel ratio by restraining influence of the volatile ratio of mixed fuel in transition of sudden acceleration and sudden deceleration. SOLUTION: A change in an intake quantity is restrained by limiting driving of an electric actuator 21 so as to delay opening-closing of a throttle valve 12 when the alcohol concentration exceeds the predetermined concentration, and even when using the mixed fuel including alcohol hard to evaporate, operation is performed by a fuel injection quantity corresponding to the intake quantity regardless of the alcohol concentration by restraining influence of the mixed fuel sticking to an intake port 5 (a shade part of an intake valve 7).
