PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crawler type traveling device which prevents breakage of hydraulic hoses extended from traveling motors and arranged on the center side of a center frame, and facilitates arrangement of the hydraulic hoses. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the crawler type traveling device, leg bodies 42 are mounted on track frames 36 which are arranged on both right and left sides of the center frame 18, in a manner protruding in lateral inward directions, and the leg bodies 42 are supported on the center frame 18 in a laterally movable manner. Then, the traveling motors M for driving crawler belts 40, are each arranged on a longitudinal end of the track frame 36, and the leg bodies 42 are each formed like a cylinder having a shaft core in a lateral direction, followed by forming a hose insertion space 56 in each track frame 36 on a lateral outside of the leg body 42, in a manner communicating with the interior of the leg body 42. Further, the hydraulic hoses H are each arranged through the interior of the leg body 42 and the hose insertion space 56, and guide surfaces 60 are each formed in the track frame 36, in a manner guiding the hydraulic hose H from the leg body 42 via the hose insertion space 56 toward the traveling motor M.
