摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive rubber roller and a manufacturing method thereof, which ensures efficient rubber layer forming, a uniform aspect ratio of inside and outside tube diameters of a rubber layer, a uniform foam state, and a uniform hardness and resistance. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the conductive rubber roller having a foam rubber layer on a conductive core, has an extrusion step of extruding a foam rubber layer forming rubber material into a tube from an extruder head and a hot foaming/vulcanization step of foaming and vulcanizing the extruded tube rubber material by heating, carries out the heating in the hot foaming/vulcanization step by microwave radiation and hot air in a microwave vulcanizer, and also has a heating step of heating the extruded tube rubber material by near infrared radiation between the extrusion step and the hot foaming/vulcanization step. The surface temperature T (C) of the tube rubber material after the near infrared radiation in the heating step, and the near infrared radiation time t (sec) satisfy the following expressions: -16.7t+183≤T-16.7t+23.3 ...
