PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell-culturing device capable of readily changing facilities, according to culturing method, culturing conditions, etc. SOLUTION: In the cell-culturing device, a plurality of operation units 2 in which facilities used for each operation process involving cell culture are installed in dispersed state are connected to each other and each operation unit 2 has a first opening mutually making respective internal space communicate with each other and at least one unit among these operation units 2 has a second opening 3a making the internal space communicate with the outside.
