An incineration system and an incineration process are disclosed. The incineration system comprises: an incinerator which is provided with inflammable wastes and performs incomplete combustion of inflammable wastes; a gas combustion unit which performs combustion of the gas generated in the incinerator; and a heat supply unit which supplies heat to the incinerator and the gas combustion unit.
