<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-color molded product which can be easily produced, and is hard to break with satisfactory strength at a boundary part between a first base part and a second base part. <P>SOLUTION: The molded product comprises the synthetic resin-made first base part 2 and the synthetic resin-made second base part 3 which is differed in color from the first base part 2. The first base part 2 includes a thick part 4, a thin part 5 formed more thinly than the thick part 4, and a concaved surface part 6 formed in a concaved shape so as to be reduced in thickness from the thick part 4 to the thin part 5. The concaved surface part 6 is formed into a curved surface having a radius of 10 mm or more. The second base part 3 is superposed and molded over at least the concaved surface part 6 and the thin part 5 of the first base part 2. According to this, the two-color molded product 1 which can be easily produced, and is hard to break with satisfactory strength at the boundary part between the first base part 2 and the second base part 3 can be molded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
