<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic appliance for improving cooling performance and preventing a thermal connection member having fluidity from flowing out. <P>SOLUTION: A first thermal connection member 32, such as a heat transfer grease or heat transfer sheet, is provided between a first heat generation component 12 and a first heat reception member 31. A second heat reception member 33 thermally connects a second thermal connection member 34 having fluidity, such as a heat transfer grease. The second thermal connection member 34 having fluidity, such as the heat transfer grease, thermally connects the first heat reception means 31 and the second heat reception member 33. The first heat reception member 31 and the second heat reception member 33 have a recessed part 31c and a projection part 33c corresponding respectively, thereby reducing flowing of the second thermal connection member 34 compared with when the heat reception members are in contact with each other on a flat surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
