<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect power source shutdown and secure sufficient time for backup processing. <P>SOLUTION: A data control unit is equipped with: a primary side power source line VDL1 by which primary side power source voltage VDD1 is supplied; a secondary power source line VDL2 by which secondary power source voltage VDD2 is supplied; a voltage conversion part 14 which converts the primary side power source voltage VDD1 into the secondary power source voltage VDD2; a voltage level detection part 18 which is connected to a primary side power source line VDL1 and outputs a voltage level detection signal VDT; a reset signal generation part 16 which is connected to a secondary power source line VDL2 and outputs a reset signal RSTn; and a control signal generating part 20 which receives the voltage level detection signal VDT and reset signal RSTn and outputs a control signal CLS. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
