<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily determine a printing apparatus capable of printing document data before printing when document data whose print setup is performed according to requirement from the printing apparatus are outputted to the printing apparatus and printed. <P>SOLUTION: The print setup of print document selected by a user in the print apparatus 103 in print setups of print documents in a print server 102 is compared with print capability of the print apparatus 103 to which print execution of the print document is designated are compared. The determination result of whether or not the print document selected by the user can be printed by using the print apparatus 103 is reflected in information of the print document in the print server 102. When the user then performs a prescribed operation to the print apparatus 103, the print apparatus 103 acquires information of the print document previously registered by the user from the print server 102 and displays information of whether the print document registered by the user is printable or not together with information of the print apparatus 103 based on acquired information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
