<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector which can control influence of temperature variation, an X-ray CT apparatus, and a method of manufacturing the radiation detector. <P>SOLUTION: The radiation detector includes a base plate, a radiation detection unit provided on one major surface side of the base plate and configured to output an electrical signal proportional to intensity of radiation.
