<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus and a communication method which specify the kind of a frame to be transmitted for each information transmission line upon reception without defining the kind of the frame beforehand. <P>SOLUTION: A communication apparatus (1) includes: a frame creation unit (13) for creating first and second frames from at least one packet received via a predetermined transmission line; a frame verification unit (14) for determining whether or not first information included in a predetermined region of the first frame meets first rules determined for the first frame, or determining whether or not second information included in a predetermined region of the second frame meets second rules determined for the second frame; and a data extraction unit (15) which extracts data from the first frame in accordance with the first rules in a case where it is determined that the first information meets the first rules, or extracts data from the second frame in accordance with the second rules in a case where it is determined that the second information meets the second rules. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
