PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television camera apparatus which improves accuracy of positioning, due to presetting, in an imaging direction and further has no risk of hunching. SOLUTION: A television camera apparatus includes: a horizontal turning part held in a fixed part serving as a pedestal rotatably by a horizontal turn shaft; and a camera housing held in the horizontal turning part rotatably by a vertical turn shaft, wherein a camera is housed in the camera housing.
