摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated nozzle capable of filling liquid and making correction of the liquid level for aligning liquid levels when bottles individually have different liquid levels even if the bottles are individually filled with the same amount of liquid, because bottles are diversified in recent years, e.g., slender type bottles are generally used, glass bottles have more varied shapes and more variation in mass than those of PET bottles. SOLUTION: The height of a nozzle at the time of completion of filling is set in advance by an actuator capable of positioning. The nozzle is a nozzle of a double structure with a dimension of a diameter which can enter an aperture of the bottle, and filling is performed from the outer pipe. The inner pipe working also as a stop valve is lowered to complete filling. The inside of the inner pipe is made to be a negative pressure to suck an excess liquid. The suction is performed by the time when the tip of the inner pipe of the nozzle is separated from the liquid level to break vacuum. The height at the time of completion of filling becomes constant. By repeating this, the liquid levels are flushed. In addition, by using such a nozzle structure as this, preparation of two liquids is possible by one filling operation.
