PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind direction adjusting device capable of continuously changing a guide direction of air-conditioning air without requiring an electric motor. SOLUTION: The wind direction adjusting device 1 comprises an air flow passage; a fan 3 mounted to the inside of the air flow passage and rotated by receiving air-conditioning air flowing in the air flow passage; a deflecting plate 5 connected to the fan 3, and continuously displaced following the rotation of the fan 3. The flowing direction of the air-conditioning air is guided by a guide face 56 of the deflecting plate 5, and an angle of the guide face 56 with respect to the axial line 2a of the air flow passage is continuously changed following the rotation of the fan 3.
