PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor and a time of a caregiver or a person pushing a baby stroller by preventing a caregiver or a person from carrying a heavy shopping basket while pushing a wheelchair or the baby stroller by using a cart easily connected and moved like a conventional shopping cart in a department store or a supermarket. SOLUTION: This shopping cart for a wheelchair or a baby stroller comprises a cart 1 having walls 6 formed to both side faces and a front face of a frame 5, having opened rear and upper faces and formed by superposing box-shaped baskets 2, 3 at two upper and lower stages on each other. Traveling means 7 such as wheels are mounted to the low stage of the frame 5. The cart is detachably connected to a rear part of the wheelchair 4 or the baby stroller 10, and integrally traveled by handle operations 8, 11 of the wheelchair 4 or the baby stroller 10.
