PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate variation in specific torsional rigidity of a seat rail even if a back rest is mounted to the seat rail in a saddle-riding type vehicle. SOLUTION: In the saddle-riding type vehicle, the seat rail 3 is constituted by a pair of left and right rail members 10A, 10B, and a cross member 11 for connecting mutual rear end parts of the rail members 10A, 10B, and an occupant seat 8 and the back rest 9 arranged behind the seat are mounted onto the seat rail 3. On the back rest 9, a first bracket arm 33A extending to a front side along one rail member 10A and a second bracket arm 33B extending to a front side along the other rail member 10B having a shorter length in a longitudinal direction than the first bracket arm 33A are provided. These first and second bracket arms 33A, 33B are fixed to the respective corresponding rail members 10A, 10B by fixing means 36, 37, 38. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
