PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collision sensing device for vehicles capable of improving a machining precision of an insertion port of a chamber member and keeping a high pressure sensing precision and further provide a collision sensing device for vehicles that an operator can easily set its position. SOLUTION: This collision sensing device 1 for vehicles comprises a pressure sensor 8 including a sensor body 81 and a pressure feeding pipe 82 and a chamber member 7 composed of soft material. The pressure feeding pipe 82 is inserted into an insertion port 73c to detect a pressure within a chamber space 7a and a collision against a vehicle bumper 2 in response to a result of detection of the pressure. In this case, the chamber member 7 has a protrusion part 73 protruded out in a protruded manner and the insertion port 73c is arranged at the protrusion part 73. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
