PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering device for a vehicle, excellent in a heat radiation property. SOLUTION: An ECU 12 for controlling driving of an electric motor 18 for steering assistance is stored in a storing chamber sectioned between a first housing 23 and a second housing. A FET 83 as a heating element is arranged in a position adjacent and opposite to a mounting part 96 provided in the first housing 23 for fastening both of the housings in a direction Y1 orthogonal to a side wall 111 of an outer peripheral wall 92.
