PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor screen in which a damaged or worn rotor disk can be replaced by a simple operation. SOLUTION: The disk body 31 of a rotor disk 8 includes a structure in which four identically shaped disk segments 38(1)-38(4) divided in the circumferential direction are fixedly joined to a hub 33 with binding screws 39. The two adjacent disk segments are fixed with one binding screw 39, making it possible to assemble each disk segment 38 radially to a rotary shaft 7 and to remove it in the opposite direction. Each disk segment 38 is assembled in a nesting structure and, with one disk segment 38 removed, the remaining disk segments 38 are left fixed to the hub 33. Thus, the disk segments in the worn or damaged part of the rotor disk 8 can be replaced by a simple operation. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
