PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate setting of dishes and to improve usability. SOLUTION: A dish installing tool is provided with a locking member 1 that locks the bottom side of the rim 3a of a dish 3 in a side toppling position, and a base 2 equipped with the locking member. The locking member is provided with a housing section 6 in which the rim of the dish is housed, and a locking section 4 which locks the rim of the dish from several directions with the rim of the dish placing on the housing section.
