METHOD FOR DEADENING POLYP BY COVERING WITH BUBBLE BUFFER SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suitable method for simply and inexpensively deadening polyps of jellyfish at an actual parasitic site. SOLUTION: The method for deadening the polyps includes covering a seawater-contacting region at the lower surface of a structure present on the sea surface with a bubble cushion sheet preferably formed out of a biodegradable plastic to prevent the seawater at the surrounding of the polyps from being exchanged.
