PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-diffusing polycarbonate resin composition having a high biogenic material content, having excellent heat resistance, thermal stability and weather resistance, and excellent in hue. SOLUTION: The light-diffusing polycarbonate resin composition contains 0.01-30 pts.wt. of a light-diffusing agent (component B) having an average particle diameter of 0.01-50μm, based on 100 pts.wt. of a polycarbonate resin (component A) containing a carbonate constituent unit represented by formula (1), wherein the total percentage of specific carbon-carbon double bond components contained in polymer terminals is≤0.3% relative to the carbonate constituent unit.
