An array substrate for a liquid crystal display device improving intensity characteristic is provided to supply high quality image by suppressing cross-talk of the array substrate for the liquid crystal display device. A data line(130) defines a pixel region by interposing a gate line and a gate insulating layer. A first protective layer(140) is formed in the substrate top area while covering a data line and a thin film transistor. A transparent conductive pattern(145) is applied to voltage having consistent size. A second protective layer is formed in the substrate top area on the transparency conductivity pattern. A pixel electrode is formed in the pixel region. |
