摘要 <p>A laser scanning microscope that allows the normal transmitted light image to be acquired. A fluorescence detection unit (26) measures the light quantity of fluorescence from a sample (12) to be excited by irradiation of laser light, while a transmitted light detection unit (27) measures the light quantity of the transmitted light when the laser light transmits through the sample (12). When either of the case where the light quantity of fluorescence during the lower limit determination time shorter than the single pixel corresponding range scanning time is less than the lower limit threshold or the case where the light quantity of fluorescence during the single pixel corresponding range scanning time is not less than the upper limit threshold is applicable, a CLEM processing section (28) performs control to stop irradiation of the laser light for every single pixel corresponding range scanning time. The CLEM processing section (28) also extrapolates the light quantity of the transmitted light that is expected to be measured when exposure is carried out during the single pixel corresponding range scanning time in accordance with the light quantity of fluorescence at the lower limit determination time, and an image acquisition section (29) acquires the transmitted light image fromthe extrapolated light quantity. The present invention is, for example, applicable to the laser scanning microscope.</p>
